SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are proud of our prompt, efficient service. Shipments are sent via FedEx Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to a post office box and does not count Saturday or Sunday in delivery times. All shipment must have a physical address. If you provide an e-mail address, as soon as your order has shipped, we will notify you via e-mail with order tracking information; you will be able to track your orders arrival. All shipments are insured with FedEx.
RETURNS
Our Guarantee
At Minte Sports, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We want our customers to shop with confidence, and we understand it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item.
That is why we offer our customers a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee with all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund, as long as the request is made within 30 days of your purchase.
Please note that if products are returned in a different condition then when originally shipped, Minte Sports reserves the right to return the product back to the customer and not provide a refund.
Return Procedure
To return or exchange an item, please call us at (207) 846-3300. Customers have the choice to drop products off at our office location, or to return products via freight. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When returning a product please include your name, address, invoice/order number. If you are unable to locate your invoice contact our Customer Service department. Once we have received your return you will receive your refund of the product minus shipping cost from the original purchase price.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the FedEx driver make note of the condition. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within five (5) working days. Save the packaging in which the shipment arrived. Notify us at info@mintesports.com and we will help you arrange the return of the damaged merchandise.
RISK OF LOSS
Pursuant to the sale of all items purchased from Minte Sports Inc. is the FedEx shipping contract. The essential and ostensible contract transfers ownership and the risk of loss of the products to you upon our delivery to FedEx for shipment. Each of our shipments, however, is insured against damage or loss.
